The Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission, (Greek: Επιτροπή Κεφαλαιαγοράς) meliorate known as CySEC, is the financial regulatory bureau of Cyprus. As an EU fellow member state, CySEC'south fiscal regulations and operations comply with the European MiFID financial harmonization police.

CySEC was launched in 2001 as role of section v of the Cyprus Securities and Substitution Commission (Establishment and Responsibilities) Law of 2001 as a public corporate body.
